Entities are the building blocks of workflows. Entities are made up of Triggers, Actions, and Fragments.

  • Triggers are the event that starts a workflow.
  • Actions are the steps in a workflow. They are executed when a trigger event occurs.
  • Fragments are standard configuration used throughout workflows.

PDF Templates are a type of fragment where a user defines which fields in a PDF are needed for data extraction.

Conversions are user-defined data transformers supporting data format and data structure changes. They are useful when the source data does not match the destination data.

Protocols are a user-defined data structure that can be used when creating conversions.
